Vanilla Beans

SULLIVAN'S offers a wide range of vanilla beans 100% Madagascar Origin to industrial customers,

Whole or split, the vanilla beans can be supplied in gourmet or in extraction quality.

Goods supplied in cardboard box with parchment paper, 25 Kg, or delivered in 1 Kg under vacuum.

All our vanilla beans are KOSHER certified and are available in conventional, organic and fair trade

Vanilla powders

Our vanilla powders are obtained 100% from the beans. They are dried, grinded, sifted and debacterized.
We offer a wide choice of particle size: 200µm to 600µm

We offer two ranges of powder:
Natural vanilla powder directly obtained from the beans. We guaranty a vanillin containt on three different levels:
 - Entry level : 0,7% < Vanillin < 0,9%
 - Midrange :    1,1% < Vanillin < 1,2%
 - Premium :    1,5% < Vanillin < 1,6%
Exhausted vanilla powder from beans after extraction.

Goods supplied in cardboard box with liner, 15 Kg net.

Vanilla Seeds

We offer two ranges of seeds.
Vanilla seeds obtained after vanilla curring, are perfectly sifted and debacterized. Specialy rich in flavours thanks to our processes used locally.
Exhausted vanilla seeds, obtained after our extractions, they are perfectly sifted and debacterized to guarantee food security.

We offer different extracts possible to standardize at different concentrations on different supports according to your needs:
